Licensing Committee gave the go ahead for a variation of a premises license
for a sophisticated restaurant to replace Brasingamens in Alderley Edge.
An application was submitted by Playworks Limited on behalf of glamorous
eaterie and bar Panacea to change the layout; remove some of the
current conditions of the licence and change the hours for entertainment
and the sale of alcohol. Watch this space.
