Local Branch:- RSPCA (Macclesfield, SE Cheshire & Buxton) branch finances the care and rehoming of neglected and abandoned animals across the branch area including Wilmslow and Alderley Edge. Operated entirely by volunteers, working closely with national RSPCA inspectors and animal collection officers. An autonomous charity, under 'umbrella' of the national RSPCA, the branch is self-funding. Volunteers are always needed to help with fundraising so that the branch can continue to help local animals - see web site.
